Onboarding
Live on your units, gated at every step.
No thousand-script training corpus, no term of shadowing your markers. A unit goes live from the brief, the rubric and dozens of human-marked scripts — and nothing goes live until calibration says so.
Connection is a plugin, not a project — live connections to the platforms centres already run
Six stages to a marking unit.
Each stage ends with something you can inspect — configuration, calibration report, dispatch queue — not a status update.
The unit does not mark live work until this gate is passed.
Loosen when ready
approve-all → sample 20% → referrals only → full auto — a setting, changed any time
A new cohort year never resets the old one — nothing is silently altered.
What we need from you
One folder, honestly.
Onboarding asks for the things your centre already has: the assignment brief, the rubric and band descriptors, your official feedback-sheet template, and a calibration set of human-marked scripts — measured in dozens, not thousands. Sokros does not need your marking history, your markers' time, or a training period on live learners.
Scope a pilotStage one is a conversation.
Bring one unit and we'll walk the six stages against it — with your rules, your sheet, your scripts.
